About the role
TELUS Digital – Applications Development Module Lead drives pension payroll module delivery across multiple client projects. Leads a team of Business Analysts and Configuration Specialists, overseeing requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment while ensuring regulatory compliance. Hybrid role based in Noida/Bangalore/Hyderabad, India, 1‑2 days onsite per week.
What you’ll do
- Lead pension payroll module implementations across concurrent projects
- Manage and mentor Business Analysts and Configuration Specialists
- Translate client requirements into functional and technical specs
- Validate configurations, test cases, and ensure compliance
- Establish best practices for configuration, testing, and documentation
- Conduct end‑to‑end testing and quality assurance
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and infrastructure teams
- Track release metrics, dashboards, and KPI performance
What you’ll bring
- 6-8 years pension payroll implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of pension payroll calculations and compliance
- Proficiency in SQL
- Advanced configuration management experience
- Intermediate to advanced JavaScript/HTML/CSS
- Experience with ETL tools
- Understanding of ERISA/IRS regulations
