Senior Verification Engineer, ARM Fabric Unit Level

About the role

Automotive Verification Group at NVIDIA builds cutting‑edge verification environments for automotive chips. The Senior Verification Engineer develops UVM‑based test benches, defines test plans, builds reusable bus models, and drives verification closure for ARM‑based fabric units. Work is based in Hyderabad and Bengaluru, India with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite).

What you’ll do

• Architect and implement UVM test benches for ARM fabric
• Define test plans and verification infrastructure for modules and systems
• Create reusable bus functional models, monitors, checkers, and scoreboards
• Implement functional coverage and manage verification closure
• Collaborate with architects, designers, FPGA and post‑silicon teams

What you’ll bring

• BTech or MTech in ECE/EE/CSE or equivalent
• 4+ years verification of complex units or SOCs
• Experience with ARM architecture and AXI/AHB/APB protocols
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM methodology
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork in global matrix environment
