About the role

Branch Operations at Muthoot FinCorp oversees the Chittorgarh branch, driving profitability and customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager leads a team to achieve branch targets, manage risk, and ensure compliance while fostering customer relationships and business development. Mahaveer Nagar, Kota, India, on-site, 5 days a week.

What you’ll do

• Maintain regular relationships with existing and potential customers
• Identify market trends and drive up‑sell/cross‑sell initiatives
• Achieve branch targets and ensure profitability
• Conduct field visits for marketing and collection activities
• Ensure operational adherence to policies and procedures
• Mitigate risk through fraud detection and recovery of receivables
• Oversee branch books, statutory records, and asset upkeep
• Train and mentor team members

• 3-5 years experience in banking or financial services
• Proficiency in local language and English
