• Maintain regular relationships with existing and potential customers

• Achieve branch profitability and meet target metrics
• Conduct field visits for marketing and collection activities
• Ensure operational adherence to policies and manuals
• Detect and mitigate fraud risks
• Oversee recovery of receivables and revenue flow
