About the role

Branch Operations at Muthoot FinCorp oversees regional branch performance and customer relationships. Leads the Jagatpura branch to achieve profitability targets, drive market outreach, and ensure compliance and risk mitigation. Based in Malpura Road, Sanganer, on-site work with occasional field visits.

What you’ll do

• Maintain regular relationships with existing and potential customers
• Study market trends to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
• Coordinate marketing initiatives to achieve branch targets
• Deliver efficient customer service to retain and acquire customers
• Achieve branch profitability and oversee financial performance
• Conduct field visits for marketing and collection activities
• Collaborate with internal departments for smooth branch operations
• Ensure operational adherence to policies and manuals
• Detect and prevent fraud, ensuring risk mitigation
• Recover receivables to maintain revenue flow
• Maintain branch books, documents, and statutory records
• Liaise with statutory authorities and external agencies for compliance
• Provide handholding, training, and coaching to branch team members
• Promote knowledge sharing and business development within the team
