About the role
Learning Operations team at Accenture delivers seamless virtual learning experiences for global clients. The Senior Analyst coordinates event setup, manages platform tools, moderates live sessions, and ensures accurate attendance tracking and post‑event reporting. Bengaluru, on-site, 24x5 rotational shift model.
What you’ll do
- Set up and configure virtual event platforms
- Run rehearsals and pre‑session checks with facilitators
- Launch and manage breakout rooms, polls, and interactive elements during live sessions
- Monitor chat, Q&A, and track attendance
- Update LMS attendance and distribute session materials post‑event
- Escalate technical issues and contribute to post‑session reporting
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years client service experience
- Minimum 3‑4 years virtual event support
Nice to have
- 5‑8 years experience in learning operations
- Familiarity with Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Adobe Connect
- Experience with polling, breakout rooms, LMS attendance tracking
