About the role

Learning Operations team at Accenture designs and delivers tailored training programs to upskill client workforces. The Senior Analyst plans learning events, manages client relationships, oversees financial and material aspects, and collaborates with BI, scheduling, and analytics teams to ensure effective session delivery. Bengaluru, India, on-site role with hybrid collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

• Plan and manage learning events and delivery support
• Maintain client relationships and act as escalation point
• Collaborate with BI and scheduling teams to create demand plans and update LMS
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions and upskill facilitators
• Analyze session performance and develop improvement action plans
• Manage budgeting and cost controls for training programs
