What you’ll do
- Manage end‑to‑end learning operations for assigned units
- Coordinate training schedules, onboarding and virtual sessions
- Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs
- Monitor training effectiveness via reports and metrics
- Maintain learning data accuracy in LMS and reporting tools
- Prepare dashboards and presentations for leadership
- Drive employee engagement initiatives related to learning
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years experience
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong stakeholder management
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
