About the role

Learning Operations team at Accenture drives talent development and capability-building initiatives across client and internal programs. The Senior Analyst coordinates training logistics, manages learning data and reporting, and partners with business leaders, HR, trainers and vendors to deliver effective learning experiences. Navi Mumbai, on-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Maintain learning data accuracy in LMS
• Support content deployment and curriculum updates
• Drive employee engagement initiatives related to learning
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
• Ensure compliance with training governance

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years experience
• Strong understanding of learning and development processes
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have

• Manage end-to-end learning operations
• Coordinate training schedules and learning calendars
• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs
• Monitor training effectiveness through reports and metrics
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for leadership
