Learning Operations Senior Analyst

About the role

Learning & Development (L&D) team at Accenture drives talent development and capability‑building across client and internal programs. The Senior Analyst coordinates learning operations, manages training logistics, maintains learning data and reporting, and partners with business leaders, HR, trainers and vendors to deliver effective learning experiences. Navi Mumbai, on‑site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days.

What you’ll do

• Manage end‑to‑end learning and development operations for assigned business units
• Coordinate training schedules, learning calendars, onboarding sessions and various learning modalities
• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and capability gaps
• Monitor training effectiveness through reports, feedback analysis and learning metrics
• Support content deployment, learning assignments and curriculum updates in LMS
• Prepare dashboards, reports and presentations for leadership review
• Drive employee engagement initiatives related to learning and career development
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation or optimization initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years learning and development operations experience
• Strong understanding of L&D processes and training operations
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
