What you’ll do
- Manage end‑to‑end learning operations for assigned units
- Coordinate training schedules, onboarding, and virtual/self‑paced programs
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify training needs
- Monitor training effectiveness via reports and feedback
- Support content deployment and curriculum updates in LMS
- Prepare dashboards and presentations for leadership
- Drive employee engagement initiatives related to learning
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years Learning & Development experience
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
- Experience coordinating training schedules and virtual learning
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and reporting dashboards
- Strong attention to data accuracy
