Learning Operations Senior Analyst

About the role

Learning Operations team at Accenture designs and delivers large‑scale training programs. The Senior Analyst oversees planning and coordination of these programs, forecasts training needs with senior leadership, manages LMS content and reporting, and leads junior scheduling staff. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional vendor travel.

What you’ll do

• Oversee planning and coordination of large‑scale training programs
• Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast training needs and allocate resources
• Coordinate trainers, vendors, and facilities for training delivery
• Manage LMS course setup, enrollment, and tracking
• Generate and analyze training activity reports
• Troubleshoot LMS technical issues
• Respond to scheduling mailbox inquiries within SLA
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior scheduling analysts
• Support process improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years experience
• 3+ years LMS administration
• Scheduling methodology expertise
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Client interfacing via email and phone
• Strong written and verbal English
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
