What you’ll do
- Lead end‑to‑end learning administration activities
- Supervise and coach learning administrators
- Plan and prioritize scheduling and resources
- Manage LMS platforms and track learning metrics
- Collaborate with Delivery Services, Capability, BI and stakeholders
- Act as escalation point for operational and client issues
- Ensure compliance with policies and regional regulations
- Drive process improvements
What you’ll bring
- 5 to 8 years learning operations experience
- Supervisory or mentoring experience
- Experience with SuccessFactors and ClearXP LMS
- Exposure to global/shared services environment
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
