What you’ll do

• Lead complex, broad impact initiatives and provide high-level systems consultation
• Participate in large-scale planning of computer systems and network infrastructure
• Review and analyze complex technical challenges and escalated support issues
• Make decisions on technical changes and enhancements
• Consult with engineering teams on change design and process controls
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve systems support issues

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience
• Hands-on experience with Windows, VMWare, and Citrix
• Experience in Powershell scripting
• Work experience in iOS and MAC environments
