About the role

What you’ll do
- Lead complex initiatives and provide high-level systems consultation for technology teams
- Participate in large-scale planning of computer systems and network infrastructure
- Analyze complex technical challenges and make decisions on technical changes
- Manage incident and problem management, including triage and root cause analysis
- Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements
- Monitor application health and perform post-release validation checks
- Handle production support escalations and Major Incident Management calls
- Coordinate release activities and participate in BCP/DR readiness
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience
- University degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Technology
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS and Oracle database
- Experience with ZL, Vantage, Theta Lake, Exchange, Backbone, and Proofpoint
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Splunk, App Dynamics, Grafana, Autosys, or Service Now
