About the role
Global Operations at Sun Pharma leads digital transformation across manufacturing plants. The Lead drives design, implementation, and scaling of SAP, MES, eLogbook, QMS, and LIMS solutions to boost efficiency, compliance, and traceability, while governing change pipelines and regulatory adherence. Mumbai, on-site, 30-40% travel, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Own SAP manufacturing modules governance and change pipeline
- Lead rollout of eLogbook, QMS, LIMS across sterile and non-sterile sites
- Develop integrated digital manufacturing roadmaps
- Identify and execute digitization opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders for system integration
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, engineering, life sciences, computer science, or industrial engineering
- 15+ years experience in SAP PP/QM/PM/WM
- Experience with MES, eLogbook, QMS/eQMS, LIMS
- Deep knowledge of cGMP and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with GXP regulations for pharma manufacturing
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with low-code/no-code applications
- Postgraduate degree (M.Tech/MS/MBA) preferred
