- Facilitate Kaizen workshops and performance improvement activities
- Support implementation of manufacturing standards and best practices
- Drive digitalization adoption and improve operational reporting
- Lead quality improvement and waste reduction projects
- Develop and share best practices across sites

- 10-15 years manufacturing production experience
- Leadership of improvement projects in factory settings
