What you’ll do
- Manage collections processes for allocated portfolio
- Allocate portfolio to vendors/NFTEs and drive performance
- Formulate short‑term incentive plans for NFTEs
- Monitor critical segments and ensure compliance
- Conduct field visits and document interactions
- Raise red flags on portfolio health and fraud
- Ensure data security and timely invoice processing
- Monitor NFTE performance metrics
What you’ll bring
Post-Graduate or Graduate degree
Nice to have
- 3-7 years overall experience
- 2-5 years relevant collections experience
- Credit Card knowledge
- Collection process expertise
