The Deputy Manager leads agency recruitment, activation, productivity and engagement, monitors key performance metrics and ensures top‑line and bottom‑line targets are met. Based in Jalandhar, Punjab, India, this on‑site role oversees 6‑8 Agency Managers, handles MIS reporting and branch operations.

What you’ll do

• Drive agency business for health insurance
• Monitor and improve agency recruitment, activation, productivity and engagement
• Develop and track key agency performance metrics
• Achieve defined top‑line and bottom‑line targets
• Provide strategic inputs and design implementation plans for geographic regions
• Drive renewal targets across agencies
• Manage 6-8 Agency Managers and branch operations
• Prepare MIS reports

What you’ll bring

• 4-6 years experience in agency management
• Proven track record in agency recruitment and activation
• Experience driving agent productivity and engagement
• Ability to design and implement agency performance matrices
• Strong strategic planning and geographic market analysis
• Experience managing renewals targets
• Oversight of 6-8 agency managers
• MIS reporting and branch handling
