About the role

Open Market Agency team at HDFC ERGO drives motor and health insurance growth through dealer and bank partnerships. The Deputy Manager leads advisor recruitment, trains and develops the open‑market sales force, and meets monthly sales targets for motor and health lines. Asansol, West Bengal, on‑site role with hybrid flexibility as needed.

What you’ll do

• Achieve monthly motor and health sales targets
• Recruit, build, develop, and train open‑market advisors
• Ensure minimum advisor recruitment numbers each month
• Generate business through dealer visits and engagement
• Coordinate with bank branches to drive insurance sales

What you’ll bring

• 1-4 years experience in insurance sales or distribution
• Proven track record meeting monthly motor and health targets
• Experience recruiting and training sales advisors
