What you’ll do

- Ensure compliance with hardship tools and settlement waivers
- Conduct field visits and document interactions in Collect24
- Raise red flags on portfolio health and fraud incidents
- Maintain data security and process hygiene

Post-Graduate / Graduate in any discipline
Nice to have
- 3-7 years overall experience
- 2-5 years collections domain experience
- Credit card knowledge
