About the role
Paychex is combining payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services into a single connected HCM platform. The Global Services Specialist II - HCM in Bengaluru, India performs 100% inspection of Direct Deposit client employee requests, audits them per SOPs, and provides feedback to Payroll or Data Entry specialists. This on-site, full-time role follows up on findings to ensure Direct Deposit issues are remediated.
What you’ll do
- Audits, monitors, and coordinates data sources, reviewing for accuracy, completeness, and inputting changes to ensure compliance with payroll processing guidelines
- Researches, documents, and responds to questions and issues from payroll specialists and supervisors related to Direct Deposit compliance, ensuring timely feedback
- Reviews, researches, and assists other departments with reconciliation of Direct Deposit audit discrepancies to ensure accuracy
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position's function
What you’ll bring
- H.S. Diploma preferred
- Less than 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Ability to perform 100% inspection of Direct Deposit client employee requests
- Ability to audit Direct Deposit requests per standard SOP and company guidelines
- Ability to provide clear feedback to Payroll or Data Entry specialists on issues or audit failures
- Ability to follow up on findings to ensure Direct Deposit issues are remediated
- Ability to audit, monitor, and coordinate data sources for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Ability to research, document, and respond to payroll specialist and supervisor questions on Direct Deposit compliance
