About the role

Yuno Payments Ops team builds the payment infrastructure that lets brands like InDrive and McDonald’s integrate 1,000+ payment methods via a single API. The analyst coordinates product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure gateway and merchant credentials move from onboarding to production with speed and precision. Based in Hyderabad, India, the role is on-site with a focus on real-time tracking, process improvement, and stakeholder alignment.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to align credential readiness with launch schedules
• Serve as primary point of contact for payment gateways, merchants, and internal teams
• Collect, validate, and secure production credentials
• Identify and resolve onboarding blockers
• Maintain real-time trackers and documentation
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting cadences
• Audit onboarding workflow to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
• Own end‑to‑end process of collecting and securing production credentials

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years in payments operations or fintech
• Fluent in English
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience managing multiple onboarding workstreams
• Proven follow‑up and accountability
• Organized tracker and documentation skills
• Fast‑paced environment adaptability
• Technical understanding of payment gateway ecosystems
