Payment Research Operations Analyst

About the role

Barclays Capital Securities Operations team drives efficient payment processing and regulatory compliance. The analyst supports business areas with day‑to‑day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution, develops operational procedures and controls, and creates performance reports for senior stakeholders. Based in Noida, on‑site, night‑shift schedule with full‑time employment.

What you’ll do

• Support day‑to‑day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution
• Develop and implement operational procedures and controls
• Create reports and presentations on operational performance
• Identify improvement areas and recommend process enhancements
• Participate in projects to improve operational efficiency
• Supervise team members and allocate work as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Communicate findings to senior stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• Night shift availability
• Understanding of US payment regulations and credit card lifecycle
• Knowledge of CFPB, FCRA, FDCPA, UDAAP, ADA, SCRA
• Documentation review for compliance
• Managing customer payment issues
• Collaboration with internal teams (Office of the President, Care, Collections, Fraud)
• Stakeholder engagement with US banks
• Fluent English
