What you’ll do
- Assist line manager and program team in managing patient support programs
- Maintain accurate patient files and electronic records
- Ensure timely enrollment of eligible patients
- Educate and coordinate with patients for seamless enrollment
- Accompany team to healthcare providers and support sites
- Ensure efficient medication delivery to patients
- Prepare and maintain regular program performance reports
- Participate in required training and report adverse events
- Perform administrative duties related to program operations
- Utilize Axios Patient Management System for all activities
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
What you’ll bring
- Degree or diploma in medical or social work
- 0-1 year experience in healthcare or scientific field
- Experience in data monitoring and management
- Experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
- Customer service management experience
- Ability to travel frequently to clients and partners
- Flexibility in working hours
- Strong command of written and spoken English
