About the role

Patient Care Coordinator responsible for managing patient support programs in Hyderabad, ensuring timely enrollment, medication delivery, and comprehensive care coordination. Works closely with line managers, stakeholders, and healthcare partners to maintain accurate patient records, generate performance reports, and comply with internal SOPs and regulatory standards. Requires strong organizational skills, data monitoring, and proficiency in the company’s Patient Management System. The role involves frequent travel to client sites, collaboration across departments, and participation in training and quality assurance activities. Ideal candidates possess a bachelor’s degree in a medical or social work field, 1–3 years of healthcare or NGO experience, and fluency in Telugu and English.
