About the role

Operations team at Axios International supports patient support programs worldwide. The Patient Care Coordinator ensures patients are enrolled, receive medications on time, and have their data accurately managed while coordinating with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders. Based in Kolkata, India, on-site role with frequent travel to client sites.

What you’ll do

• Assist line manager and program team in managing patient support programs
• Maintain accurate patient files and ensure timely enrollment
• Educate and coordinate patients through enrollment process
• Accompany team on visits to providers and support sites
• Ensure efficient medication delivery to patients
• Prepare regular performance reports and maintain electronic records
• Participate in required trainings and report adverse events
• Perform administrative duties related to program operations

What you’ll bring

• Degree in medical or social work
• 2+ years healthcare or NGO experience
• Strong patient care experience
• Fluency in English and Bengali
• Data monitoring experience
• Logistics/supply chain coordination
• Flexibility to travel
• Flexible working hours
