About the role

What you’ll do
- Offer solutions and cross-sell bank’s retail banking and third-party products
- Achieve assigned business budgets on a monthly basis
- Generate referrals and leads for new customer acquisition
- Promote bank products via marketing activities and customer visits
- Process customer transactions and service requests within defined TAT
- Handle customer queries to ensure resolution without complaints
- Follow all regulatory and legislative compliance guidelines
- Maintain daily entries of customer interactions in the CRM system
What you’ll bring
- Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
- 2 - 4 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, and compliance requirements
- Ability to sell financial products and negotiate
