Branch Relationship Officer

About the role

Axis Bank seeks a Branch Relationship Officer in Bhadrak to drive deposit mobilization and customer engagement. The role involves cross-selling retail products, managing existing portfolios, and acquiring new customers through referrals and visits. This is an on-site position requiring 5-8 years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Offer solutions and cross-sell bank’s retail banking and third-party products
• Achieve assigned business budgets on a monthly basis
• Generate referrals and leads for new customer acquisition
• Promote bank products via marketing activities and customer visits
• Process customer transactions and service requests within defined TAT
• Handle customer queries to ensure no complaints arise
• Follow all regulatory and legislative compliance guidelines
• Maintain daily entries of customer interactions in the CRM system

What you’ll bring

• Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
• 5 - 8 Years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, and compliance requirements
• Ability to sell financial products and services
