About the role
Branch Banking team at Axis Bank drives retail customer engagement and deposit growth. What you’ll do
- Provide financial solutions and cross‑sell bank products to existing and new customers
- Generate referrals and leads through customer visits and marketing activities
- Process customer transactions and service requests within defined TAT
- Promote digital banking channels such as Internet, mobile, and WhatsApp banking
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
- Maintain accurate CRM entries and complete mandatory certifications
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years banking experience
- Graduation or Post‑Graduation
- Knowledge of KYC and AML regulations
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Fluency in English and local language
