What you’ll do

• Provide financial solutions and cross‑sell bank products to existing and new customers
• Engage with portfolio customers to offer additional services
• Process cash transactions and service requests within TAT
• Promote digital banking channels such as Internet and mobile banking
• Achieve monthly business budgets and generate referrals
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and audit requirements
• Maintain accurate CRM entries for customer interactions
• Participate in bank‑wide initiatives, campaigns, and training
