What you’ll do

• Support performance of less experienced Loan Servicing staff and overall team effectiveness
• Provide lending support in operations, documentation, and customer service to Credit teams
• Offer feedback and ideas for process and tool improvements within Loan Servicing
• Perform administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
• Resolve complex client problems and inquiries
• Analyze issues and trends to identify improvement opportunities
• Provide subject matter expertise and procedural guidance to junior staff
• Participate in regional or team meetings and provide guidance and training

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of Loan Servicing support experience
• Equivalent experience through training, military service, or education
