About the role
Neolytix – Revenue Cycle Management team focuses on optimizing US healthcare payer interactions and claim recoveries. The Senior AR Caller drives insurance follow‑up calls, denial analysis, appeals and resubmissions for unpaid and denied claims, coordinating with coding and billing teams to resolve issues. Gurugram, India – work from office, on‑site schedule.
What you’ll do
- Perform outbound follow‑up calls to US payers for unpaid/denied claims
- Analyze denial reasons and initiate appeals or resubmissions
- Update claim status via payer portals and maintain accurate call notes
- Coordinate with coding and billing teams to correct claim errors
- Post ERA/EOB and reconcile payment details
