• Perform end‑to‑end revenue cycle management tasks including EOB review, payment posting and denial management
• Interact with key stakeholders and develop in‑depth knowledge of business and operational processes
• Troubleshoot deployment and environmental issues across multiple projects
• Meet daily productivity targets and maintain high typing accuracy

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years industry experience
• 2+ years billing functions experience
• Proficiency in Excel and typing
• Familiarity with Cerner applications
• Graduate in Commerce or computer applications
