About the role
Neolytix’s AR Operations team manages denial resolution and revenue recovery for US healthcare providers. The Senior Executive handles AR follow‑up, analyzes denial codes, contacts insurers, and processes claim appeals to ensure timely payments while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, the role works on‑site at the office.
What you’ll do
- Manage AR follow‑up focusing on denial resolution and recovery
- Analyze denials and determine corrective actions
- Contact insurance companies to verify claim status and appeal decisions
- Submit and verify claims via electronic and paper billing systems
- Perform eligibility and benefit verification
- Process payments and post ERA/EOB
- Maintain accurate documentation of all actions
- Communicate with clients regarding coding or billing issues
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 2 years US healthcare AR follow‑up and denial management experience
- Knowledge of denial codes such as No Authorization, COB, Duplicate, Bundled, Inclusive
- Familiarity with payer rules and appeals processes
- Experience with claim submission and payment posting (ERA/EOB)
- Ability to handle PHI in compliance with HIPAA
