The role manages end‑to‑end revenue cycle activities such as insurance follow‑ups, denial resolution, prior authorizations, eligibility verification and documentation, ensuring timely reimbursements. Bengaluru, India – hybrid work model with on‑site presence as required.
What you’ll do
- Follow up with insurers for claim status
- Handle denials, re‑submissions and appeals
- Initiate and track prior authorization requests
- Verify eligibility and benefits
- Maintain accurate call logs and documentation
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
What you’ll bring
- 1-3 years AR calling/prior authorization experience
- Knowledge of US healthcare terminologies, CPT/ICD codes
- Familiarity with CMS, LCD/NCD guidelines
- Proficiency with medical billing software and MS Office
