About the role
Healthcare Operations team supporting U.S. medical billing and revenue cycle processes. The Senior AR Caller manages insurance claim follow‑ups, resolves denials, and meets collection and quality targets in a fast‑paced environment. Remote work from India after in‑person training in Chennai, night‑shift schedule supporting U.S. business hours.
What you’ll do
- Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding medical claims
- Meet daily and monthly collection, productivity, and quality targets
- Review client requirements and process claims per specifications
- Investigate and resolve claim denials and payment delays
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare status reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve claim resolution
What you’ll bring
- Experience as AR Caller or U.S. healthcare voice processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication in a voice‑based environment
- Basic understanding of medical billing and accounts receivable
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts
