About the role

Compliance Product Manager at Sleek, building an intelligent, automation‑first compliance platform that reduces regulatory risk across APAC markets. Owns end‑to‑end product strategy, defines PRDs, integrates AI/LLM workflows, and drives cross‑market scalability and cost optimisation. Remote (India), fully remote work model with occasional hybrid for Singapore staff.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute product roadmap for compliance platform
• Architect multi‑market compliance architecture and localisation
• Integrate AI/LLM components to automate screening pipelines
• Reduce KYC/KYB vendor costs and improve onboarding conversion
• Collaborate with engineering, legal and market teams to ensure regulatory coverage

What you’ll bring

• 15 years total experience
• 6‑7 years deep RegTech specialization
• 3+ years product management of data‑heavy digital software
• Hands‑on AI/LLM workflow experience
• Proven ability to launch products 0‑to‑1
• Startup or scale‑up environment background
