Associate Product Manager - Audit & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to lead audit and compliance initiatives within our fintech platform. The role demands an owner’s mindset, translating complex business needs into clear product specifications, and driving end‑to‑end delivery without constant supervision. You will collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and data precision is maintained. The ideal candidate brings 1‑3 years of product management experience, a strong technical foundation in SQL, Excel, and APIs, and proficiency with Gen AI and no‑code prototyping tools. You should thrive in fast‑paced environments, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a track record of delivering measurable impact. This full‑time, on‑site position in Mumbai offers the opportunity to shape critical compliance products and work directly with cross‑functional stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Translate business requirements into detailed product specs
• Own pod to drive roadmap and execution
• Engage stakeholders, especially Risk, Compliance, Audit
• Maintain high visibility and presence in office
• Ensure data requirements are complete before handoff
• Provide transparent updates and firm follow‑ups

What you’ll bring

• BTech/BE from top engineering school
• 1-3 years product management experience
• Fintech industry experience preferred
• Strong agency, problem solving in high‑speed settings
• Technical aptitude: SQL, Excel, APIs
• Gen AI proficiency for productivity
• No‑code prototyping skills
• Structured thinking and communication
• Proven impact in past roles
