Product & Business Compliance Manager

About the role

Product & Business Compliance team ensures accurate interpretation and implementation of RBI, PMLA, FCRA and related regulations for the TASC & Government portfolio. The manager leads end‑to‑end regulatory compliance, drives the Re‑KYC program for dormant accounts, and acts as SME on KYC, NPO classification and account structuring. Works closely with Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Audit and IT to enable compliant onboarding and transaction flows. Based in Mumbai with on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Drive end‑to‑end ownership of regulatory compliance for TASC & Government portfolio
• Lead Re‑KYC program execution and closure of dormant/frozen accounts
• Act as SME on KYC, NPO classification and FCRA applicability
• Partner with Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Audit and IT to enable compliant processes
• Develop and update policies, SOPs and frameworks aligned with regulators
• Manage audit observations and RBI RAR responses
• Improve ease of doing business by balancing regulatory rigor with operational practicality

What you’ll bring

• MBA
• 10+ years compliance experience
• Expertise in RBI, PMLA, FCRA regulations
• KYC and Re‑KYC program management
• Experience with audit and regulatory reporting
