About the role
Product Manager for Tazapay’s Risk & Compliance Platform leads end-to-end product lifecycle, translating regulatory needs into AI-enabled solutions. Builds MVPs with no-code tools, optimizes KYC, AML, sanctions, and risk workflows, defines metrics, and collaborates across compliance, legal, ops, data, and engineering teams to scale global compliance infrastructure.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for risk & compliance platform
- Translate regulatory requirements into AI-enabled product solutions
- Design and optimize KYC, AML, sanctions, and risk decision workflows
- Build MVPs using no-code/low-code and internal frameworks
- Define success metrics and improve risk coverage and system reliability
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Ops, Data, and Engineering teams
- Partner with external vendors and compliance technology providers
What you’ll bring
- 3-4 years experience as Product Manager in fintech or payments
- Prior work with risk, compliance, AML, KYC or regulatory products
- Experience building AI/ML powered decisioning systems
- Proficiency with workflow automation, no-code/low-code tools
Nice to have
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration across teams
- Top engineering or management institute background preferred
