About the role
WSP’s Principal BIM Modeler – Dry Utilities leads BIM modelling and supervision for infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate BIM production and quality control. The role designs and performs BIM modelling for dry utilities networks, reviews team output, coaches staff, and coordinates with design engineers and multidisciplinary teams. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, the position operates under a hybrid work model with on‑site presence and remote collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Design and perform BIM modelling for dry utilities network
- Supervise and review BIM production work
- Coach and build team
- Attend client meetings
- Ensure BIM quality control
- Coordinate with design engineers
- Maintain cloud collaboration platform
- Report progress to BIM Lead
What you’ll bring
- 12 years BIM modelling experience
- Degree or diploma in electrical/electronic engineering
- Certification in AutoCAD, Civil3D, Revit, Navisworks
- Proficiency in dry utilities BIM
- Clash detection and resolution skills
- Experience with cloud CDE
- Strong communication in English
- Time‑management and initiative
Nice to have
