Principal BIM Modeller

About the role

iCRC UK Water team at WSP focuses on delivering high‑quality water and wastewater infrastructure designs. The Principal BIM Modeller creates and manages detailed 3D BIM models in Civil 3D, Revit and Plant 3D, coordinates with BIM Lead and design engineers, and produces construction drawings and clash‑detection reports. Based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, the role supports UK project teams and may involve short‑term travel to the UK.

What you’ll do

• Produce high‑quality 3D BIM models for water/wastewater projects
• Coordinate with BIM Lead and senior design engineers to gather model requirements
• Generate construction drawings and 2D sheets from BIM models
• Conduct clash detection and resolve model conflicts
• Assist in international collaboration and occasional UK site visits

What you’ll bring

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering
• Good command of written and verbal English

Nice to have

• Experience with Civil/Architectural/Structural/Mechanical drawings
• Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, Plant 3D
• Ability to perform clash detection using Navisworks
