Senior Verification Engineer, ARM Fabric Unit Level

About the role

Automotive Verification Group at NVIDIA builds verification environments for ARM‑based fabric IPs used in automotive chips. The Senior Verification Engineer develops UVM‑based test benches, architects verification infrastructure, defines test plans, builds reusable bus models and implements functional coverage to ensure robust unit‑level verification. Bengaluru and Hyderabad, hybrid work model (remote and onsite).

What you’ll do

• Develop UVM‑based verification test benches and methodologies
• Architect test benches and verification environment using SystemVerilog and UVM
• Define test plans, tests and verification infrastructure for modules and systems
• Build reusable bus functional models, monitors, checkers, and scoreboards
• Implement functional coverage and drive verification closure
• Collaborate with architects, designers, FPGA and post‑silicon teams

What you’ll bring

• BTech or MTech in ECE/EE/CSE or equivalent
• 4+ years verification closure of complex units or SOC
• Experience with ARM AXI/AHB/APB protocols
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork
