Global Category Procurement team at 3M drives efficient sourcing and supplier management across the enterprise. What you’ll do

• Support global category procurement teams in sourcing and supplier interactions
• Conduct routine and tail‑spend supplier negotiations
• Maintain compliance with procurement controls and fraud prevention
• Develop negotiation strategies to achieve cost savings
• Mentor junior team members and lead assigned projects

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics or related field
• 7+ years professional experience, including 4-6 years in procurement or category support
• Experience supporting sourcing activities and supplier negotiations
• Global cross‑functional environment experience
• Knowledge of procurement systems such as SAP or Ariba
