The Senior Payroll Analyst ensures end‑to‑end payroll processing for EMEA, coordinates vendors, maintains statutory compliance, and supports internal teams with reporting and audits. What you’ll do
- Process and verify monthly and semi‑monthly payroll for EMEA region
- Coordinate with vendors to set up and reconcile payroll processes
- Ensure statutory tax and social security compliance and reporting
- Support finance and client queries per SLA guidelines
- Implement payroll entity setups and automation initiatives
- Act as SPOC for internal and external audits
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years payroll delivery experience
- Experience with payroll tax and compliance
- Vendor coordination and reconciliation
- Statutory reporting across EMEA
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
