About the role

Finance Operations team at Manhattan Associates focuses on accurate payroll execution and equity program support. The Senior Payroll & Equity Analyst processes semi‑monthly US payroll, conducts audits, and handles equity transactions while collaborating with HR, Legal, and Tax. Based in Bangalore, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate semi‑monthly payroll processing
• Conduct payroll and equity audits and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare payroll reports and ad‑hoc analysis for stakeholders
• Support equity transactions including awards, vestings, and releases
• Maintain tax and profile information for equity‑eligible employees
• Partner with HR, Legal, Tax, and Payroll Accounting on compliance
• Manage confidential payroll information and third‑party deductions
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years payroll processing experience
• Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations
• Multi‑state payroll processing experience
• Experience with large employee populations
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication
