About the role
Payroll Operations team at Wells Fargo manages enterprise payroll processing and compliance. What you’ll do
- Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing and final settlements
- Supervise and train entry‑to‑mid level payroll staff
- Define and enforce enterprise payroll financial controls
- Translate wage and hour regulations into payroll system configurations
- Collaborate with finance for GL reconciliation and audit support
- Prepare payroll MIS reports and dashboards
- Handle escalations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years payroll, HR operations, or accounting experience
- University degree in Business or related field
- Expertise in India payroll statutory compliance (Income Tax, PF, PT, ESIC, LWF, NPS, Gratuity)
- Experience with Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, ADP Global View
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry
