About the role
Payroll team at SanDisk Finance supports APAC payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery. The Senior Payroll Analyst manages end‑to‑end payroll processing, validates data, partners with HR, Finance and external vendors, and drives automation and process improvement. Bangalore office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Manage monthly and semi‑monthly payroll processing across APAC countries
- Serve as APAC payroll SME for statutory compliance and tax requirements
- Partner with HR, Finance, employees and external vendors to resolve payroll issues
- Perform payroll validations, reconciliations and compliance checks
- Support payroll accounting, funding, statutory payments and audit requests
- Identify and implement automation and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain relationships with external payroll providers
- Handle payroll inquiries via ticketing system
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years payroll experience, APAC focus
- Strong knowledge of APAC payroll legislation and taxation
- Experience with ADP GlobalView or Celergo
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication
- Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
