About the role

Payroll team at SanDisk ensures accurate, compliant payroll delivery across APAC. The Senior Payroll Analyst manages end‑to‑end payroll processing, validates compliance, partners with HR, Finance and external vendors, and drives automation and process improvements. Bangalore, on‑site, full‑time role with opportunities to influence payroll strategy across multiple APAC countries.

What you’ll do

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for APAC countries
• Serve as payroll SME for statutory compliance and taxation
• Partner with HR, Finance, employees and vendors to resolve issues
• Perform payroll validations, reconciliations and compliance checks
• Support payroll accounting, funding, statutory payments and audits
• Identify and implement process automation and improvements
• Maintain relationships with external payroll providers
• Handle payroll inquiries via ticketing systems

What you’ll bring

• 8-10 years payroll experience
• APAC payroll legislation expertise
• Experience with ADP GlobalView or Celergo
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Strong stakeholder management
• Detail‑oriented with multiple priority handling
